DOCUMENT REVIEW:
A member of our team will review your student’s most recent school report, evaluation, and IEP/504 plan. We will provide feedback and recommendations with an emphasis on Academic Performance, Social-Emotional/ Behavioral Development, and Compliance with IEP/504 Requirements.
CONSULTATION:
During an initial consultation our advocates listen to your concerns and specific situation. We use this information to tailor our approach and help create a plan for effective next steps. Including steps for educational support and in-home support.
IEP/504 MEETING SUPPORT:
The IEP/504 is only one piece of a child’s experience, to provide continued support for families we also provide parent training specific to the needs of your child. This can include creating in-home goals, new routines, new behavior strategies, etc. We also offer a variety of in-home services with highly trained providers such as Respite Care, communication support, behavior support, self-care support, etc.
PARENT COACHING AND IN-HOME SERVICES:
Confidently participating in an IEP/504 meeting is vital for your child's education. Depending on the level of support you and your family feel comfortable with, our team is here to help meet your family’s goals. We can support before, with coaching, during by attending with you, and/or after to review everything from the meeting.
