Owl Advocacy is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities and their families confidently navigate the world of special education and community resources. We work with individuals, families, caregivers, schools, and community groups so everyone get the services and supports they need to succeed.

Our Specialties:

  • School Based services through IEP/504 supports including document review, meeting support and attendance

  • Home Based services through parent coaching including IEP/504 education and training, in-home plan development and training

  • Community Based services though supporting the navigation of regional center and transition planning

With nearly 20 years of experience, our dedicated team at Owl Advocacy, led by Jen Larson, understands the complexities of special education like few others. As both a Special Education Professional and a parents of children with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), she brings a unique perspective into every conversation.
